Meister’s Gluten Free Mixtures was developed by the current owner’s mother so her chronically ill son David could enjoy a large variety of baked goods and meals despite his celiac disease. David started this business in his twenties with a small custom-built mixer. He soon moved to a larger facility and purchased new equipment. After ten years in business of mixing and selling gluten-free flour, his sister Irene and her husband purchased the business in October 2018. We will strive to manufacture our product in order to enrich and simplify the lives of gluten-free consumers.
