On October 1, 2018, David Meister sold the gluten-free flour business that he started in 1998 to his sister Irene and her husband Ralf. Since our recipe originated in the Meister family, so it shall remain. Ralf and Irene are excited about their new endeavor and look forward to working with the existing customer base that David has grown over the past ten years.
